What we collect

Your email address (if you provide it), your assessment answers, and the business description you enter. We log anonymous usage events to improve the product.

How we use it

To generate your report, deliver it to you, send your quarterly re-check reminder, and (if you opt in) occasional product updates. Your business description is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your report.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: our AI model provider and our payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not sell your data.

Retention & your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@moatfinder.app. We retain report data so you can revisit your report and re-check your moat.
